# Newly formed LLC list by state — Agent-Readable Companion

## The lists

One list per live state, refreshed the morning after the state posts its
filings: the LLCs and corporations formed this week, with the owner named on
the filing, a mailing address, and a phone or email where verified.

Never type a state list or a count from memory — read them live:

  person (the billable base); add

  → `by_design_zero` lists fields that are empty because of how that state
  publishes (for example no officer titles, no sole-proprietor registrations,
  no DBA names), each with the nearest alternative that does work there.

## Reading `by_design_zero` for a buyer

Lead with what is still delivered:

- No officer titles published → we still pick the decision-maker from the
  filing's own signals (`contact_relevance_tier`); every record names the
  person to call. Read the state's own `reason`: a state that publishes only
  generic board titles (Officer, Director), or titles for corporations only,
  is not a state that publishes none — say what it does publish.
- No sole-proprietor registrations → the list is LLCs and corporations;
  owner-operators appear as single-member LLCs.
- No DBA or trade names → the legal name is on every record.
- No status vocabulary → the state publishes active businesses only.

## Every record, every state

The same columns in every state: the owner's name and mailing address, the
business name, entity type and status, the state filing number and formation
date, the industry with its NAICS, SIC and Google Business codes, the
registered agent, and two scores, each 0–100 with a named tier —
Reachability (can you reach this person today?) and Contact Relevance (is
this the person who can say yes?). One vocabulary across states (`entity_type` = LLC is an
LLC whatever the state's own form calls it). The contact is the owner or an
officer named on the filing, never the attorney or formation service that
filed the paperwork.

Read live from the `prices` block of the summary call (price rule v1 today:
name and mailing address $0.25 per record · plus one verified phone or email
$0.50 · plus both $0.70). Only records that name a person are billed. No
minimums.
